Halle posted a video of herself face planting and explained what happened in the caption.

"What happened was....

My dear friend @shillahekmatpiano invited me to speak at her charity event celebrating a wonderful organization called @lookingbeyondla that raises money for children with special needs... then that happened!!! I face planted ?," she wrote. "If you can go to lookingbeyondla.com and donate. Children are worth it ! ??"

Looking Beyond said they exist to, "positively impact the lives of as many children and families with a range of special needs as possible. We support various organizations, programs and services through events and fundraising opportunities."

When she got to the podium, she said, "If I see this in the Internet...Van [Hunt] is coming for you."

Halle Berry and her boyfriend Van Hunt first met in 2020 and initially bonded virtually during quarantine. He is a Grammy award-winning recording artist.

Last year, Halle Berry and Van Hunt were spotted together hanging out for the day in Los Angeles.
